even more food...paella
I am mad about everything spanish at the moment.
I should probably invest in a proper paella pan.
Basically you just stir fried all the aromatics, like chorizo, onions, spices. stir in rice, pour in stock and cover. bung in the seafood at the last 10 mins of cooking. SO easy! Especially easy, cos this is a bill granger recipe. Good for feeding lots people.

hahaha So you finally believe I will be coming back! ok I promise! make with a proper pan with crispy rice bits down the bottom!
